SEPT 25th – Canada Post Strike Update: We’re Still Delivering

Dear Valued Customers,
As of September 25th, Canada Post has once again gone on strike. To continue serving you without interruption, we will temporarily switch our shipping provider to Canpar. While we’re committed to absorbing most of the additional shipping costs, particularly within major cities, customers in remote areas may notice significantly higher shipping charges due to increased “last kilometre” delivery costs.
Here’s what this means for you:
Major Cities: Minimal to no noticeable increase in shipping charges.
Remote Areas: Shipping costs may sometimes exceed the total cost of your order.
PO Boxes: Canpar does NOT deliver to PO boxes.
Signatures: Some deliveries via Canpar may require a signature.
If you place an order during the strike period and we calculate that shipping costs are excessively high, we’ll reach out to you directly. You’ll then have the option to:
1.) Cover the additional shipping costs to proceed with immediate shipping via Canpar.
2.) Wait until Canada Post resumes service, at which point your prepared order will ship immediately.
